If you have not been to Adventure Unlimited Ranches before, please plan to arrive in daylight.
Flying In
You can fly in to Denver International Airport (DEN) or Colorado Springs Airport (COS). Buena Vista (the event location) is about 140 miles from the Denver airport and about 100 miles from the Colorado Springs airport.
us your travel arrangements and we'll help connect you with a Denver or Boulder area dancer who can give you a ride. Because the Denver airport is a bit of a drive from downtown Denver, you may need to take a SuperShuttle or RTD Bus to downtown Denver or Boulder to meet your ride.
Also Black Hills Stagelines provides a direct bus ride from DIA to Buena Vista for a quite reasonable rate. Let us know if you are taking the bus so we can arrange to have you picked up from the bus stop.
For the ultimate mobility, rent a car. You'll be able to slip away for an hour at the hot springs or take a day to go skiing on your own. Again we're willing to help you connect with others who are flying in and may want to split the cost of a rental car. Click here for rental car info.
Driving Here
The Colorado snow we love also brings questions about the road conditions. However, plow crews work diligently to keep roads clear of snow. Check out current weather and road conditions.
Expect at least a 3 hour drive from the Denver airport (DIA)
and a 2.5 hour drive from Colorado Springs airport on clear roads. DIA is very large and getting to ground
transporation can take at least 20 minutes. So, plan at least 3.5 hours from your arrival time to the Stellar venue if you are NOT checking bags. Of course, you'll need to add additional time if you're checking bags. All that being said, the drive is beautiful and the long weekend at Stellar will feel well worth it!
If you
would be interested in or willing to carpool, please contact the Rides
