To accommodate different needs and styles of Stellar participants, registration for the event is charged separately from housing. Below describe the different registration and accommodation options.

Registration Fees
Regular Registration
$230 per person ($275 after February 1st, 2008) includes:- Evening contra dances on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights
- Music and dance workshops on Saturday and Sunday
- Food provided: Thursday night "Significant Evening Snack" through lunch on Sunday
Non-Dancer
$180 per person if you don't dance, but want to come and hang out for the weekend any way.Youth Prices
Kids are encouraged to come to this event, but must be accompanied by an adult. Prices do not include housing.- Ages 11-17: $150
- Ages 5-10: $100
- Ages 0-4: free
Accommodation options
Cabin Housing
$20 per person per night includes linensQuaint log cabins with 2 to 4 rooms per cabin.
Cabins have indoor bathrooms and hot water.
Sleeping is on bunk beds (LOWER BUNKS ONLY)- all linens are provided.
Each room will have no more than 7 people.
Private Housing
$35 per person per nightDouble occupancy rooms with their own bathrooms. Double or twin beds - linens provided.

No Accommodations

Stay an extra night or two to ski! Additional lodging for Wednesday and Sunday nights is also available. in Private Housing. One week advance notice needed. Pay for additional nights when you arrive.Work Exchange Discounts / Scholarships
A limited number of Work Exchanges and Need-based Scholarships are available. Work 3 to 8 hours during the weekend and get $10 per hour of work off your tuition! An additional $50 off will be awarded to 6 individuals based on need. Work may include setting up for meals, washing dishes, cleaning the Lodge, cleaning cabins, and other miscellaneous tasks. We especially need help with clean-up on Sunday. See registration form to apply.
Cancellation Policies
The following is participant cancellation refund policy:- Before February 1, 2008 - $20 cancellation fee is chargeed.
- Between February 1-14, 2008 - 50% of registration fee.
- No refunds given after February 14th
- Registration is not transferable.
- Before February 1, 2008: All participants will be refunded 90% of registration fee.
- Between February 1, 2008 and February 14, 2008: All participants will be refunded 75% of registration fee.
- After February 14, 2008: All participants will be refunded 50% of registration fee
